1. About This Tool

Deepwoken Builder is an unofficial, fan-made build planning tool for the game Deepwoken. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Monad Studios or Roblox Corporation. All game data (talent names, stat values, weapon data, etc.) is derived from publicly available community sources and is used for non-commercial, informational purposes.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

Shared builds — When you click “Copy Link”, the build configuration you have created (stats, talents, mantras, equipment choices, build name, description, and tags) is stored in our database and assigned a short unique ID. This data is stored so the link remains accessible to anyone you share it with.
Analytics and diagnostics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may collect page URLs, approximate location, device and browser details, referring pages, clicks, scrolling, session timing, performance metrics, and JavaScript errors. These services may process IP addresses and use identifiers to distinguish browsers or sessions.

We do not require account registration or ask for your name or email address. Infrastructure and analytics providers may process network and device information as described above.

3. How We Use Your Data

To serve the shared build at its unique URL when visited.
To display the build name, description, tags, and configuration to anyone with the link.
To improve the performance and reliability of the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your build data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Shared build records may be retained indefinitely to keep links functional. We reserve the right to delete old or unused builds at our discretion to manage database size. There is currently no self-service deletion mechanism; if you need a specific build removed, contact us (see Section 8).

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Your current build state is stored in your browser's in-memory state and normally resets on refresh unless a shared link is used. The site and its analytics providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for analytics, language preference, security, and session measurement. You can restrict these technologies through your browser settings or privacy extensions, although some site behavior or measurement may be affected.

6. Third-Party Services

This site is deployed on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request metadata to provide hosting, DDoS protection, and content delivery.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy
